Internship Program Overview

At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing for the delivery of one or more offerings from our portfolio of Impact accelerators to our customers remotely.
  • Assist with the development of new offerings for our User Experience Accelerators portfolio.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
  • Assist with the coordination of customer meetings.
  • Monitor internal processes and assist with the identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Understands business, user experience, technical problems addressed by the Impact product (portal experiences, mobile experiences, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Impact staff and TAS (Technical Accelerators @ Scale org) members.

Qualifications: Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in UX or STEM related field. Resource Management, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2026 - June 2027.
  • 0 -1 years' experience as part of a professional services organization
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • AI/ML course work is an additional bonus.
  • Passion and curiosity about technology, and a relentless hunger for learning.
  • Loves to win as a team and work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
  • A desire to contribute to our best place to work where everyone can be their best self and feel an amazing sense of belonging.
  • Strong personal commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Have a hungry and humble mindset; and proactively seek help when challenges arise.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $38.25-$49.04 hourly plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
