ServiceNow Developer/ IT Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/ IT Business Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer/ IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting platform development and process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, ownership & autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
• Act as a technical liaison for stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the implementation of complex workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Develop and maintain scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through monitoring and troubleshooting.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, including core modules and custom application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST, SOAP, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of data models, CMDB, ACLs, and role-based access control.
