Intime Infotech Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead to shape and govern the integration landscape within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves providing technical governance and guidance to scrum teams, ensuring efficient integration solutions, and collaborating with leadership to develop best practices for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance to scrum teams focusing on integration guidance
• Develop governance documents and procedures around ServiceNow integrations
• Solution integrations for applications within scrum teams
• Teach and train lead developers and developers on integration techniques
• Assist in scoping new integration projects by gathering initial requirements
• Lead developers, work with clients, and govern teams based on defined methodologies
• Recommend new best practices and assist in forming new governance models for ServiceNow integrations

• Strong command of integration technologies and frameworks, including REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and authentication methods such as Basic, OAuth, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Proficiency in ServiceNow-specific tools like Scripted REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and the robust transform engine
• Experience with integration architectures such as point-to-point and event-based architectures
• Familiarity with data frameworks like JSON/XML
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft or Kafka
• Knowledge of encryption and certificate management
• Ability to utilize ServiceNow’s workflow and flow designer to streamline integration processes
• Experience in creating governance models and procedures, particularly around ServiceNow integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex integration challenges

• Experience in recommending and implementing new best practices
