Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Specialist who is passionate about streamlining workflows and driving operational excellence. You will join a dynamic team and help the business transform the way they deliver IT and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers or admins

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and APIs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
