Typical Day in Role:

Provide infrastructure support (GCP, Azure) to the various Business Lines

Project management of major initiatives

Prepare reports with respect to stability of infrastructure

Coordination of various support teams for major incidents

Action ServiceNow tickets
-
Firewall rule generation
-
Participate in support meetings to determine issues and provide a resolution
Must Have Skills:
-
8+ years of relevant working experience in technical space, as a Technical Analyst and/or Engagement Specialist
-
1-3+ years’ experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
-
5+ years’ experience with physical and virtual infrastructure support (on-premise)

Networking Experience
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with Cloud (GCP, Azure)
Soft Skills Required:
-
Self-sufficient, independent ability to work with minimal hand holding

Strong communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s or Diploma
