YOUR IMPACT

This position involves being part of a dynamic team environment responsible for designing, developing and supporting software solutions to meet business requirements in the areas of renewals capabilities, order management and customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Services.

The position will be primarily focused on the systems used by Renewals and Customer Support. These systems include ITIL based software platforms as well as custom applications and websites.

What The Role Offers

  • The Senior Systems Analyst role is responsible for the successful delivery of solutions & benefits realization, and a high level of user adoption of corporate business applications.
  • Proactively seek out and apply enhancements based on business requirements to operations, support, and project tasks that deliver measurable business value and results.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop, automate and map data processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information meeting Business Requirements and defined timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with IT and business stakeholders on solution delivery, support, and business relationship matters.
  • Responsible to ensure appropriately detailed project plans and change management plans are prepared in a manner that is consistent with the IT service management framework.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 5 years technical and functional experience with supporting Enterprise & SMB O2C Orders to Cash preferably SAP, ServiceNow solutions.
  • Required: Experience interacting with business users to refine requirements and discuss functional/technical designs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Good Documentation skills
  • Good communication skills and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • This role supports a global operation so on-call support is required
