What you will do:

As our Lead Analyst ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical expert for HR/business system users and the support teams. You are also responsible for building strong collaborative relationships across the organization in areas that include HR COEs, business facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications with a specific focus on the HR ServiceNow (HRSD) functionality. Lastly, you are responsible for understanding business processes, reporting and analytics, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups, HRIS technical and operational teams.

  • Recommend business process,reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with business users, business facing HR, and HR COE teams.
  • Will build, understand andmaintaincertain database architectures and creating user-friendly interfaces to interact with output analysis.
  • Will train and educate users across the organization to enable best use of the system/reports.
  • Will take on various projects to collects and provide data for critical business processes, internal/external reporting, and auditing.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders at all levels across the organizations.
  • Assist business users with data and/or process analysis to enable better business decisions.
  • Engage in data cleansing activities using various tools to achieve HR Operations initiatives.
  • Create data visualizations and solution interfaces for end users.
  • Assist in tasks related to building the framework for large-scale, value-added predictive solutions to be used by functions around Stryker.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
  • Configure, test and document system, securityand reportingchanges.
  • Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to meet businessobjectives.
  • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and HRIS technical teams.
  • Collaborate and provide consulting to key business owners and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a solid knowledge of Workday functionality and data flow, including organizational structure and roles within a system.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think in terms of conditional logic.
  • Comfort in enforcing standards and governance and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand cause and effect impacts in touch-points within integrated systems.
  • Ability to recommend solutions to security issues and risks.
  • Become actively involved and participate in ServiceNow Community.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, however in lieu of a degree an additional 6 years of work experience will be considered. ​
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information systems preferred.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professionalexperience is required.
  • HR ServiceNowexperience is mandatory for this role
  • Experience with business process mapping is preferred.
  • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandableformat is required.
  • Ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required.
  • Experience working in an agency-regulated environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience writing test scenarios is preferred, experience executing test scripts is required
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based technologies
  • Understand concept of an object-oriented data model
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • $83,000- $176,800salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
