Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code using AI-assisted tools Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using AI-powered tools Design and implement AI-native Observability products and features Mentor peers and junior engineers through code reviews and technical discussions

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered user experiences Strong knowledge of UX principles and ability to apply them to AI agents Deep knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and related frameworks Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud-native deployments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Hands-on expertise with AI orchestration frameworks and workflows for multi-agent systems Development experience on the ServiceNow Platform Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in enterprise environments Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
