Position: ServiceNow HRSD Administrator Location: Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL 4 days/week onsite Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support HR workflows and enhance end-user experience. Responsibilities: Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HRSD module implementation.

Customize and maintain HR service catalog, case management, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Manage platform configurations including roles, groups, virtual agents, and knowledge articles related to HR services. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of the HRSD module.

Execute data migration, testing, and training sessions during HRSD rollout. Required Skills: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on HRSD implementation. Strong platform configuration skills including workflow, form design, and role management. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices in HR Service Delivery.
