We're seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform, aligning business needs with enterprise objectives.
  • Providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
  • Leading on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables.
  • Evaluating ServiceNow platform performance, isolating and debugging software problems, and making recommendations for resolution.
  • Providing subject matter knowledge on the ServiceNow application and implementing modules and third-party integrations.

Qualifications include five years of recent experience managing large enterprise systems, three years directly managing the ServiceNow platform, and certifications such as ServiceNow System Administration and ITIL.
