Job Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME, you will guide our ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.

You will contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
• Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, etc.
• ITIL knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
