We seek an experienced ServiceNow Alliance leader who can cultivate and manage strategic alliances, leading the partnership strategy and growth with NTT DATA, a top 10 Global Technology Services organization.

• Owning the overall ServiceNow partner strategy and execution.
• Fostering senior executive relationships between NTT DATA and ServiceNow.
• Developing strategic relationships between ServiceNow and NTT DATA sales teams.
• Enabling pipeline growth for ServiceNow partnership in collaboration with ServiceNow practice leadership.

The ideal candidate has minimum 10 years' experience in alliance/partner management, preferably with direct experience managing ServiceNow partnerships. They should have thorough understanding of all ServiceNow partner programs and processes, enabling partner strategy with sales, digital practices, and offering teams. Experience navigating multiple matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization is essential. A bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar operational software platforms would be beneficial. Travel up to 25% may be required.
