ServiceNow Admin / Architect (Lead Application Owner)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a ServiceNow Admin/Architect improving our existing SNOW instance across core ITSM modules
• Act as a Lead Application Owner / Product Owner for ServiceNow capabilities—drive enhancements, requirements, and roadmap
• Perform hands-on configuration across ITSM, IRM, CSM, and Employee Service Center
• Maintain platform health: upgrades, patching, integrations, workflows, rules, catalog, provisioning
• Support Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Catalog & Workflow Automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with platform, delivery, and IT teams to expand system functionality
• Review current system setup and implement enhancements aligned with business needs
• Provide guidance on security, best practices, and scalable architecture
• New Requirement: Support data integrations using Snowflake where applicable (data ingestion, mapping, reporting)

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration / Architecture
• Strong exposure to Lead Application Owner, Lead Product Owner, or platform ownership roles
• Certifications across multiple ServiceNow modules preferred: ITSM, IRM, CSM
• Ability to configure flows, business rules, catalogs, assignments, and workflows
• Experience supporting upgrades, patching, and platform monitoring
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
• Background in software engineering concepts and hands-on technical work
• Proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred)
• Experience collaborating with IT, business, and executive stakeholders
• NEW: Experience working with Snowflake as part of integrations, data flows, or reporting is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Architect-level experience
• Proven experience designing scalable SNOW solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Snowflake, API frameworks, or enterprise tools
• Familiarity with cloud environments, AI/ML capabilities, or automation frameworks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
