SAP CM Solution Architect

Position Title: Solution Architect & Team Lead

Location: Hybrid (onsite in central PA 1-2 times monthly)

Duration: 12-month contract with potential to extend

Clearance: Must be able to pass a Background check

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) Solution Architect & Team Lead to guide the design, delivery, and integration of high-volume mediation solutions within a modern SAP BRIM environment. In this role, you will lead technical strategy, refine business requirements, direct sprint planning, and ensure delivery excellence across architecture, development, testing, and documentation. This position is ideal for a senior SAP professional who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys shaping solution direction while mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP Convergent Mediation components and associated integration patterns.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, refine user stories, and validate acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog review, and resource assignments.
• Provide architectural guidance across CM, CI, CC, and FI-CA components within a BRIM landscape.
• Review development objects, integration flows, and performance optimization recommendations.
• Oversee QA alignment, ensuring test evidence, documentation, and deliverables adhere to program standards.
• Support data migration and cutover planning at the design/validation level.
• Mentor team members and lead knowledge transfer to customer staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Convergent Mediation.
• 3+ years supporting CM/CI/CC within S/4HANA BRIM environments hosted in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven success as an architect on at least one full-lifecycle SAP BRIM implementation.
• Deep experience integrating SAP CM with non-SAP platforms and high-volume usage processing.
• Strong communication, documentation, and Agile delivery leadership experience.
• Preferred: SAP BRIM/CM certifications, experience in high-transaction industries, familiarity with ADO/JIRA/ITIL/ServiceNow.
