This is a remote position. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Development Lead with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and a solid understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive solution design, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality ServiceNow implementations. Experience in Journey Mapping within HRSD is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications.
- Guide and mentor the development team on best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure all solutions align with ServiceNow platform governance and performance guidelines.
- Support HRSD initiatives and enhance employee service experiences through journey mapping (preferred).
- Manage code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability. Requirement
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Experience in leading a development team and delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
