Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Solution Sales Executive to lead go-to-market activities focused on expanding ServiceNow opportunities across the key industries supported by NDBS (including wholesale distribution, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods).
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities across NDBS-supported industries.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with NDBS Account Executives (AEs) and internal teams-including product management, marketing, and professional services-to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
- Sales Pipeline: Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, FSM, IRM/GRC, or CSM). ServiceNow Sales or Presales certifications are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
