The ideal candidate will drive new business development, manage executive relationships, and position ServiceNow as a transformative platform that delivers measurable value to clients. Your expertise will be key in identifying customer challenges and aligning ServiceNow solutions to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities across NDBS-supported industries.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with NDBS Account Executives (AEs) and internal teams-including product management, marketing, and professional services-to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
