ServiceNow ATF Tester (Playwright Exp)

About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT Services & Enterprise Service Management sector, delivering ServiceNow platform implementations, custom scoped-app development, and automation solutions for large enterprises across industries. This on-site role in India will join a delivery-focused engineering team responsible for ensuring high-quality, automated releases of ServiceNow functionality for enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate scoped applications and platform workflows.
• Create and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end automated tests for web UI components and custom Service Portal widgets.
• Author JavaScript/TypeScript test scripts, implement reusable test libraries, and manage test data for reliable repeatable test runs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (build → test → deploy), trigger runs, and analyze test results to support release gating.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to define test cases, reproduce defects, and verify fixes; maintain clear defect reports and remediation steps.
• Continuously improve test coverage, stability, and execution speed; monitor flaky tests and implement fixes or mitigation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• ServiceNow Automated TestFramework (ATF)
• Playwright
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• REST API testing
• Git

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ISTQB or equivalent test certification
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
