Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to manage and resolve ticket-based work, including developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules within the IRM Modulus framework. Daily responsibilities include resolving approximately 3–4 tickets per day, guiding teams through technical processes, and enhancing system functionality using React scripting and in-house tools.
The role demands a deep understanding of existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proficiency in data export tools, such as converting Excel matrices into ServiceNow-compatible formats. Strong ServiceNow development experience, RPA, ITSM, New Flow Designer, Business Rules, and REST APIs skills are required.
