ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to design, develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation to improve organizational processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (FSM, ITOM, SOM, CSM, ITSM etc.)
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and UI actions.
• Implement flows, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
