Secret Clearance Position Status: Full-

Time Pay Rate: $149,000 $248,000 annually (based on experience, certifications, and clearance)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect and IRM Compliance Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and implementation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about risk management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise automation who want to make a measurable impact in complex environments.

As a trusted advisor, you will:

Architect and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity modules. Translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.

Configure and extend ServiceNow components to automate compliance processes, risk assessments, and reporting.

Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow IRM deployments.

Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with frameworks such as NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS.

Required Skills & Education: U.S. Citizenship

Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field

7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with ServiceNow and 2+ years in IRM modules

3+ years of regulatory compliance experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and IRM Implementation Specialist certifications

Expertise in compliance frameworks: NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS

Strong ability to advise clients on regulatory compliance using ServiceNow IRM

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, SOC, NERC CIP)

Professional certifications: CISA, CISM, CIA

Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure

Background in public sector consulting
