ServiceNow Specialist, Configuration Management Database

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions in an Agile environment.
• Stay current on IT advancements and best practices to automate and modernize systems.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and UI.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, business, and IT teams to support ongoing configuration, implementation, and platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build ServiceNow applications and integrations, adhering to best practices, architecture standards, and Agile methodologies.
• Maintain project momentum, ensuring development stays on track while collaborating with engineers, analysts, and other team members.
• Follow and maintain documentation standards and apply UI/UX requirements as needed. Requirements:
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years as a ServiceNow developer supporting low-code/no-code development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, core concepts, and ACLs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, and Self-Service Portal.
• Experience with full SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and production deployment.
