ServiceNow Specialist, Configuration Management Database

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow. This includes creating and extending tables, configuring relationships and dictionary updates, and integrating with other systems through REST and SOAP APIs.

You will also work on developing automated tasks, approvals, and SLA logic using workflows and flow designer logic. Additionally, you will ensure proper security and access control by implementing ACLs, roles, and permissions, as well as scripted security logic.
