Transformative ServiceNow Sales Leadership
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive go-to-market activities focused on expanding ServiceNow opportunities across key industries. In this role, you will drive new business development, manage executive relationships, and position ServiceNow as a transformative platform delivering measurable value to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
- Sales Pipeline: Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
