Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to understand business needs and objectives.
• Solution Positioning:
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with NDBS Account Executives (AEs) and internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
• Sales Pipeline: Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, FSM, IRM/GRC, or CSM. ServiceNow Sales or Presales certifications are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
