ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Job Summary:

Trigyn's direct government client seeks a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with 5+ years of experience in waterfall and agile development, as well as certifications in CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, or CTA. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ITSM, SPM & other modules in ServiceNow platform
• Create technical documentation describing solutions developed
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business needs and propose options
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented throughout their lifecycle Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working in a waterfall and agile development
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, PPM, Service Portal, and Employee Portal modules
• Ability to work individually or with a team
• Certifications in CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, or CTA preferred
