We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our ServiceNow instance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure system health and performance.
• Apply update sets for changes to the platform and support existing functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and customization.
• Experience working with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
