ServiceNow Deployment-Director

We are looking for a ServiceNow Deployment Director who will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and execution of cloud operations initiatives. As a Director, you will lead business development efforts, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations. You play a key role in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing the strategic vision and execution of cloud operations initiatives
• Leading efforts in business development and overseeing numerous projects
• Cultivating executive-level client relationships to achieve impactful outcomes
• Driving business growth and shaping client engagements
• Mentoring emerging leaders to uphold PwC's standards of quality and integrity
• Collaborating across the PwC Network to enhance client satisfaction and productivity

You must have a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience. A Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems is preferred. Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider is also required.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus. The job requires up to 80% travel.
