NetImpact Strategies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to join our talented professional services team. The successful candidate will work with customers as a member of our engagement team to support the Project Management needs of a federal client focused on various special IT-related projects and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Managing assigned tasks, activities, or portions of a project. Plans, coordinates, and manages all aspects of small to medium information technology projects
- Creating a plan, setting goals and milestones, communicating timelines and progress updates to all stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting status on project schedule, project deliverables, project risks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Provides management support to team members and client staff
- Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view
- Maintain project schedule updates
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management use
- Defining and researching new ideas and engineering opportunities
- Providing decision support through data gathering, information analysis and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
- Communicating and enforcing IT Engineering process and priorities across multiple teams
- Creating IT Engineering artifacts including dashboards, reports, KPIs, SOPs, best practices
- Analyzing IT Engineering processes and procedures to help develop project optimization strategies
