Job Overview
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Global Vice President of US Public Sector, serving as a critical extension of their vision, leadership, and voice. Key responsibilities include connecting dots, elevating insights and trends, generating ideas, driving strategic initiatives, and shaping messaging both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level projects to explore and implement changes across the business.
- Create structure and focus for ambitious ideas and bring forth recommendations for action in a timely manner.
- Drive cross-functional process around setting the go-to-market strategy, forming a plan, executing, and monitoring progress.
Customer Engagement: interacting with, addressing concerns, and being the point of contact for business needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a regular cadence across the divisional and functional leaders for key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop annual objectives and coordinate organization-wide goals.
- Be a thoughtful steward of our values and evolve our culture.
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years total work experience.
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Experience in Public Sector (US Federal and SLED Sales).
- Superb leadership and influencing skills.
