ServiceNow OPS Engineer

Join our team at Conflux Systems Inc. as a ServiceNow OPS Engineer to lead our Incident Management, Request Management and Deployments teams.

• Incident Management: We are seeking an expert in incident management to create processes that proactively identify potential incidents before they occur. You will develop techniques for analyzing the root cause of incidents to prevent their recurrence and escalating matters efficiently.
• Incident Queue Monitoring: As a ServiceNow OPS Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring our incident queue and tracking progress towards resolving incidents quickly and efficiently. This includes ensuring timely escalations when needed, excellent communication with stakeholders and creating effective reports on the status of open incidents.
• Request Management: With your technical expertise, you will design and implement processes that ensure seamless request fulfillment. From initial request to closure, we need someone who can see it all through, to deliver exceptional service and build trust within our organization.
• Deployments: We are looking for someone to oversee our deployments process. You will coordinate the deployment planning activities and execute the plans according to established standards. Successful experience in orchestrating complex deployments is required.
• Jira Stories: The ideal candidate should have significant Jira configuration and administration knowledge. They will also collaborate closely with development teams to refine requirements into well-designed stories.
