ServiceNow ITOM Architect

As a Senior ITOM Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for managing technical delivery from global/offshore teams and serving as the primary technical point-of-contact. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the current class manager structure, identifying and removing unwanted custom classes, gathering business services and associated application services lists, coordinating with application and infrastructure teams, analyzing instance status, and preparing project plans to apply the CSDM model in the environment.

Additionally, you will define technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management, translate customer requirements into technical architecture, and communicate with clients. You will also work on end-to-end implementation of CMDB modules using Discovery tools, evaluate tool stability and performance, participate in planning meetings, review and analyze application issues, and document best practices regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
