ServiceNow Education Leader

The role of a ServiceNow Lead Educator is to develop, facilitate, and supervise training programs for employees. Assess the needs of the region business, implement training and development plans, and provide various training programs that enhance workforce effectiveness.

  • Partner with the Training Global team to design and implement regional learning strategies.
  • Mentor and train internal trainers as part of the training program.
  • Collaborate with the Global Training team to design training for Cognizant/Thirdera University to support technical skills development across the region.
  • Develop creative design solutions in collaboration with the team.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, designing and documenting them.
  • Compile requirements for Cognizant and offer solutions to customers.
  • Provide input on market specialist points of view and present at industry events where necessary.
  • Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.
  • Monitor and maintain certifications for Services Sales and digital teams.
  • Lead initiatives promoting knowledge sharing among teams.
  • Deliver training internally, publicly, and to ServiceNow clients.

  • Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Configuration.
  • Ability to decompose stories into relevant training.
  • Power Point, Word, ServiceNote Knowledge Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow incident, change, problem request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
  • Strong cross-organizational communication skills.
  • Business process improvement abilities.

Certifications Required:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Across 2 CIS Certifications.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Certified trainer for at least 3 trainings or lead client-facing training across large.
