Senior ServiceNow Architect

Senior ServiceNow Architect role involves in-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including data model design, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture. Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration is required. The candidate must have practical experience in ServiceNow TSM or ITSClientSM, TSOM or ITOM modules with handson development experience in ServiceNow TSM or CSMITSM. Additionally, they should have strong understanding of ITIL processes and proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including data model design, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture
• Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration
• Excellent communication networking skills
