Scope: Experienced Business Process Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services Operations (FSO) implementations on the ServiceNow platform. Skilled in analyzing business requirements, designing optimized workflows, and driving digital transformation for financial institutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
