We seek a dynamic ServiceNow Solution Sales Executive to expand our go-to-market activities in key industries, including wholesale distribution, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. As the key expert in identifying customer challenges and aligning ServiceNow solutions for operational efficiency and compliance, you will drive new business development and position our transformative platform to deliver measurable value to clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic sales leadership: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities across NDBS-supported industries.
• Client engagement: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Solution positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating its benefits in addressing complex business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
• Sales pipeline: Demonstrate ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
• Technical acumen: Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and solutions, such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM. ServiceNow Sales certifications are advantageous.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
