Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for an onsite opportunity in Las Vegas. In this role, daily responsibilities include managing and resolving ticket-based work, particularly during the initial onboarding period where the focus is on handling 2–3 weeks of intensive ticket resolution. The position involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, with a strong emphasis on working within the IRM Modulus framework to complete approximately 3–4 tickets per day. React scripting is utilized extensively through in-house tools to enhance functionality and user experience. The role also requires proficiency in data export tools, such as converting Excel matrices into ServiceNow-compatible formats. On a day-to-day basis, the position demands a deep understanding of existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and guiding teams through technical processes and system enhancements.
