Position Overview Client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the enhancement and configuration of the ServiceNow platform and related modules. This role involves platform customization, scripting, workflow development, integrations, and working across multiple ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities Perform advanced configuration of the ServiceNow Platform Develop custom applications and workflows Configure business rules, client scripts, scheduled jobs, UI policies, and notifications Enhance Service Catalog and Service Portal capabilities Implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP/JSON/XML Support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives Develop automated testing using ServiceNow ATF Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance

Required Skills & Experience Advanced ServiceNow system administration and development experience Hands-on knowledge of: CMDB Workflows Service Catalog/Portal Reporting

Experience across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps

Expertise in scripting and configuration: JavaScript UI actions Business rules Script Includes ACLs ServiceNow Web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS) Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, etc.) Database schema and data modeling knowledge

Preferred ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping CMDB design and architecture
