ServiceNow ITOM Architect/Developer

Job Summary

This is a permanent role for ServiceNow ITOM Architect/Developer in our Tampa, FL office. The successful candidate will be part of the Enterprise Intelligence team and play a critical role in protecting the financial services industry and serving clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and design of ServiceNow ITOM initially focusing on discovery data integration into the CMDB
• Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the ServiceNow leadership team to drive implementation of new ITOM capabilities as part of the overall ServiceNow roadmap
• Lead efforts related to consuming additional data sources into the CMDB

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities across multiple organizations. They should also have expertise in maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow discovery, particularly in hybrid environments that include both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
