ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

Implement and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules, focusing on cloud discovery and integration. Ensure the accuracy of the CMDB and support IT operations. Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ITAM modules, including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow Cloud Discovery with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Maintain data integrity in the CMDB through automated discovery and reconciliation.
• Develop workflows and custom scripts to automate asset lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to enhance asset visibility. Required Technical Skillset:
• ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB expertise.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Management modules.
• Scripting with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
