Software Development III

Job Summary:

• This position involves implementing new forms, workflows, flows and/or scripting in ServiceNow to produce a working process for customer use.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Delivering form/workflow/flow/scripting implementation, development, testing on work implemented as well as performing code reviews on work done by other developers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow app development with knowledge of areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and CMDB.
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
• US citizenship required and able to obtain federal security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow training and Certifications.
• Experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML and CSS - Advanced understanding of object-oriented JavaScript.
