ITSM Analyst/ITSM ServiceNow Admin

Job Description:

The ITSM Analyst/ITSM ServiceNow Admin will be responsible for configuring and administering Ivanti and ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM tools, asset management, and discovery. They should also be familiar with incident, problem, and change management from an analyst standpoint.

The role requires setting up integrations, running SQL queries, and performing data analysis. Strong knowledge of APIs, query languages, and database management is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to convert permanent employment without sponsorship.
