ServiceNow Sr. Developer- Platform and Integration

You will lead the development, customization, and integration of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise-wide business processes. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions, ensuring smooth integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

• Configure and enhance core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
• Leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub to build low-code/no-code workflows.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, and deployments using best practices.
• Lead development of robust integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, JDBC, and other technologies.

This role requires 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including integrations. You must have experience with key modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer, as well as knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and integration best practices.
