Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using the ServiceNow ATF.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow ATF to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Configure and execute automated test suites within the ServiceNow platform, analyzing test results, and identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable automated regression testing and ensure the stability of ServiceNow deployments.
• Develop and maintain reusable test libraries, test data sets, and test environments to support efficient and scalable test automation efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for writing testable code, implementing test automation frameworks, and integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Cross-functional teams collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during automated testing, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication of test results.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow platform updates related to automated testing, recommending innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
