ServiceNow Business Analyst

A senior-level ServiceNow business analyst is needed to lead the implementation of ITAM. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Previous ServiceNow implementation experience is required.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects
• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
