Talent Space is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer for a full-time position in Irving, TX.

This role offers the opportunity to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and development.

• Participate in architecture reviews with IT groups to ensure supportability requirements and standards are followed.
• Develop new standards to maintain or improve system stability and scalability, considering sustainability and future-proof design.
• Research and recommend innovative approaches for systems and system administration tasks.
• Design, implement, and maintain the CMDB data model to align with the business's IT infrastructure and CSDM.
• Develop and enforce governance policies to ensure the accuracy and health of CMDB data.
• Configure and maintain integrations with external systems to ensure data accuracy in CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Create and maintain CMDB health dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define CI class structures, attributes, and relationships in alignment with CSDM standards.
• Support ITOM-specific process definition, re-engineering, and improvement efforts.
• Mentor junior network administrators and engineers in various aspects of systems design and operations.
