ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary:

As a Technical Architect at Tephra, you will provide guidance on ServiceNow implementation, integration, and development. You will develop technical solutions to satisfy business needs, review designs and code to ensure alignment with customer expectations, and apply innovative technology to develop new solutions.

• Develop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Guide the team in having the right level of details in design artifacts
• Review code to ensure it aligns to customer expectation and follows industry standards
• Apply web programming techniques to configure robust solutions
• Consult with business analysts/Process Leaders to develop technical solutions Key Skills:
• ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, enhancement
• Discovery Configuration, Run Book Automation preferred
• Knowledge of web-based development languages: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication Experience:
• 12-15 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations
• 5-8 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas of ITxM, CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solution
