Job Summary
Be ServiceNow certified and possess knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with setting up a multi-department portal with virtual agent, search capabilities, organizational chart, employee profiles, news & content publishing, announcements etc. Key Responsibilities
- Understand rich text editing capabilities and recommend ways to maximize their usage
- Have a background in employee-centered design, with a strong grasp of usability and accessibility design patterns
- Experience implementing an Employee Center before and advise on how to integrate multiple organizations using a single design and taxonomy
- Previous experience transitioning an enterprise intranet from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ServiceNow's ECP
