Job Description

As a Technical Architect, you will provide guidance to ServiceNow resources on implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development. You will develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs of the IT department. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary guidance to ServiceNow resources.
• Develop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Review design and code to ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
• Apply innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.
