ServiceNow PM Role

Job Description:

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Engineering solutions in line with business objectives.
• Ensure technology meets business needs and expectations.
• Provide consultation to Product Engineering leadership and customers on solution options and vendor product selection. Product Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day decisions on assigned projects.
• Develop strategy for execution of product roadmaps with ServiceNow channel and business leadership.
• Reduce ServiceNow product related costs and increase efficiencies of applications in production.
• Integrate business strategy and software capabilities into vision and direction for all channel-related products. Project Responsibilities
• Lead design and development aspects of Lead Product Management principles for Product Engineering.
• Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed in the delivery life cycle.
• Head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts.
